At HoneyMonk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we offer refunds within 15 days of delivery.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- Request must be made within 15 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at returns@honeymonkbrands.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for the refund request
- Photos of the product (if applicable)
We'll review your request and provide return instructions within 1-2 business days.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your request, we will:
- Send you an email confirmation
- Process your refund within 5-7 business days
- Issue the refund to your original payment method
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at returns@honeymonkbrands.com with photos. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
