Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery.
Return Requirements
- Items must be unopened and in original condition
- Products must be in their original packaging
- Please include your order number with your return
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@honeymonkbrands.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
